SHOP FACILITIES
    Our metal hose assembly factory is a state-of-the-art facility. Its ISO 9001:2000 certification is a 
    statement to our commitment to achieve superior product quality and reliability for our current and future 
    customers.

    Our testing ability includes an in-house mass spectrometer capable of drawing down to 1 x 10-9 for the 
    most demanding of metal hose and expansion joint applications.

    All welding is performed in accordance with ASME SEC IX of the boiler and pressure vessel code. MIL-
    SPEC welding is also provided to the latest government specification.

    Our Teflon and Plastic Hose & Tubing Shop offers special features such as heat tracing, insulating and 
    bundled tube assemblies, all made to customer specifications.

A. Convoluted Hose – Braided and unbraided
    Our shop stocks metal hose in types 321 and 316L stainless steel, Monel and other alloys. We routinely 
    fabricate metal hose assemblies based on customer specifications. Metal hose is available in sizes from 
    ¼" through 14" I.D.

TEFLON HOSE
    Our shop stocks and fabricates assemblies based on customer specifications from both smooth bore 
    hose, available from ¼” through 1” nominal I.D. and convoluted hose, available from 3/8” through 2” 
    nominal I.D.. Product is also available with a conductive liner to dissipate static electrical charges.

PLASTIC HOSE & TUBING
    Tubing is available in the following materials: PVC, Silicone, PTFE, Nylon, Nylo-Seal®, Polyethylene, 
    Polypropylene, Impolene, Viton®, Latex and Urethane tubing. Many of these are available in colors. 
    Sizes range from 1/8” to 2” O.D. depending on the tubing selected.

    Reinforced hose is available in PVC and LLDPE both in food grade and industrial grade. 
    Sizes range from 1/8” to 10” I.D. depending on the tubing selected.

    Conveying, Material Handling Hose is available in PVC, Polyurethane Lined PVC materials in sizes 1 ¼” 
    to 8” I.D. Suction and Discharge Hose is available in PVC in ½” to 4” I.D.
