     Milligan-Spika Company has roots that date back more than 50 years.  While our Company ownership  
     has changed recently --- on January 1, 2010, we completed the sale of our Company to J & R  Supply 
     Company, Inc. of Brentwood, CA * ---  our core business principles have remained unchanged.  We  continue to:

1. Provide our clients with solutions specific to their technical problems and application requirements.
2. Provide our clients with high quality products applied in a responsible and safe manner.
3. Provide our clients with unparalleled customer service and attention to their specific concerns in a professional, timely and hassle free manner.

    Our expertise is not necessarily industry specific, but rather product specific. We have assisted clients 
    in solving application problems in a variety of industries, including:

    Agriculture, Chemical, Contracting, Engineering, Food processing, Government, Pulp and Paper, 
    Petroleum, R & D, Semi-conductor and Utility business sectors not only in northern California and
